Welcome to Choir!
Over 100 students participate in the Oakwood & AMCMS Choir Program: Oakwood Singers, Boys Choir, Girls Concert Choir, and Girls Honor Choir.
We present 3 concerts together each year: Fall Concert, Winter Concert and Spring Concert. The AMCMS Choirs also participate in the U.I.L. Concert & Sightreading Contest in April.
All choir students learn to sing using correct vocal technique, to sightread using solfege and to sing in 2-3 part harmony.
