Attention all parents of incoming 7th graders: In order to participate in athletics, all athletes must have a UIL Physical form completed by a doctor. The physical MUST be on the UIL form. You may pick one up from the school office or the coaches’ office.
8th Grade Parents and Athletes: Physicals are good for two years, so if you participated in athletics last year, then your physical is still good. If you are an 8th grader new to athletics, you will need to have a physical on file.
NOTE: Physicals MUST be on the UIL Physical Form. Any physicals on other forms will not be accepted. All athletes must have a physical on file. If they do not, they are not allowed to participate in the athletics class. Failure to have a completed physical may result in removal from athletics.
