Welcome to the Computer Lab 
Hello my name is Leah McCabe. This will be my fifth year working in the computer lab at Rock Prairie. I am very excited about getting to know and working with your children this year. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to e-mail me at anytime. This year in the computer lab the kids will be introduced to and experience a variety of information about computers. We will use a selection of programs such as Kidpix, Mavis Beacon, Jumpstart Typing, Jumpstart Kindergarten, Zoombinis, Bubble land, Graphers, Math Blasters, Reading Blasters, Kids Keys, and Schoolastic Keys, as well as units using Microsoft Word, Excel, Paint and Power Point. Be sure to ask your child about some of the exciting progams we use in the lab. During the course of this year I will be sending home some of your childs work so you can
see what we have been learning in the Rock Prairie computer Lab.
